Based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, CareerKit combines technology, psychology and creativity to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity for young people across Africa.
The company’s flagship product, the RIASEC Career Discovery Board Game, has impacted over 15,000 learners by transforming traditional career guidance into an interactive, psychology-based experience aligned to the Holland Code (RIASEC) framework.
CareerKit also offers specialized career kits, digital tools and resources that help learners explore career options, develop essential skills and make informed decisions about their futures.

Isaac Mongali
FounderIsaac Mongali is the founder of CareerKit, an award-winning EdTech venture focused on career development and youth empowerment in South Africa.
